When we decided to expand our brand into the Polish market, we faced a classic challenge: how to organise logistics that wouldn’t eat into our entire profit margin whilst still satisfying the highly demanding Polish customer. The choice was clear — either build our own warehouse from scratch or rely on a professional solution. We chose the latter. However, organising operations through Allegro One Fulfillment without a deep understanding of local nuances (which differ fundamentally from the Amazon FBA model familiar to many) is a task with a caveat. It is a complex process of legal, tax and technical coordination, which we successfully navigated together with the BuyAllegro team.
1. Legal framework: Ltd and verification
Our business is legally registered as an SRO (Ltd) in the Czech Republic. The first thing the BuyAllegro specialists did was conduct a thorough audit of our documents. In 2026, Allegro is applying extremely strict screening criteria for new sellers: the extract from the Commercial Register (KRS/SRO), proof of EU VAT registration and beneficiary documents must be flawless. Any technical error in the translation or an out-of-date certificate means being blacklisted before you’ve even made your first sale.
The key issue was the absence of Polish VAT and a critical shortage of time. BuyAllegro’s solution was a strategic one: setting up a turnkey subsidiary in Poland. Within just two weeks, the structure was in place, allowing us to avoid a bureaucratic nightmare.

Correct pricing calibration (net/gross) and automation of invoicing in accordance with EU and Polish standards.
03

The first delivery and the magic of warehouse receipt
Once our account had been approved, we moved on to the most delicate stage – preparing the goods. Every detail matters here: from the print quality of the EAN-13 barcode to the structure of the ‘Aviso’ document. Organising operations via Allegro One Fulfillment requires strict adherence to courier arrival times. Our first test delivery consisted of 27 items (boxes).
Photo 1: The moment of truth. Our first ‘Zrealizowano’ status — 27 boxes accepted without a single discrepancy.
The “Accepted” status appeared in the system almost immediately after unloading. For the marketplace’s algorithms, this signals that the goods are physically available. From this moment on, the magic of the Smart icon and the “Delivery today/tomorrow” labels kicks in, which is an absolute priority for Polish consumers.
3.
A dramatic rise in the rankings: 300 points for speed
The results from the second week took us by surprise. Thanks to the marketplace’s exemplary logistics, our quality metrics (Sales Quality) literally skyrocketed. We achieved a score of 300 – the highest possible level of trust within the system.

Photo 2: A sharp improvement in quality to the “Super” level. The algorithms have started pushing our products to the top on their own.
It’s important to note that we didn’t spend a single zloty on Allegro Ads. Sales came organically. Products that were already well-established in the catalogue received a massive boost thanks to their Allegro One Fulfillment status. Buyers choose sellers who offer fast, free delivery via Smart.
🛡️ Next goal: Super Seller status
Today, we are just one step away from earning the ‘Super Seller’ title. We’ve already achieved perfect metrics for 5 out of the 14 required days. Our fast order processing times and the absence of returns due to logistics issues make this achievement inevitable. We expect that once we receive this badge, our conversion rate will increase by a further 20–30%.
